We had another swim stop on the way to Pucisca, where I swam, but there was no way I was jumping off the boat again. Never again.
Once we were in Pucisca the sun came out. Pucisca was dazzling. It was the prettiest village of the entire cruise. We explored the village and tried to see the bay from all angles. Once we made it back to the main port we grabbed a couple of beers and steeled ourselves for tonights party… pirate night!
Dressing up and saying corny pirate jokes was seriously the best (Why are pirates pirates? Because they arrrrrgh!).
The only disappointment was the tourists… especially the Australian tourists. I know we can be drunk and rowdy, but some people were just disrespectful; knocking drinks out of wait staff hands and throwing glass from second floor balconies. Not cool fam. I always try to stay conscious of my behaviour in different cultures. Aussies are usually pretty good – I guess the party culture gets some a bit too excited.
